A reward of up to £10,000 has been offered for information which helps find the murderer of Fife man Darren Adie.
Crimestoppers has put up the cash as police continue their hunt for the killer of the 42-year-old father, of Kirkcaldy.
Mr Adie was found unconscious and dying in the town’s Tweed Avenue on Saturday, May 28.
He passed away later in hospital.
The charity Crimestoppers has offered the reward for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible.
Angela Parker, Crimestoppers national manager for Scotland, said: “The tragic murder of Darren has left his family devastated and wanting answers.
“This is why we are offering a substantial reward for anyone with information to contact Crimestoppers anonymously.”
She told potential callers: “We don’t ask for any personal details, you won’t have to speak to the police, and you won’t have to go to court.
“Just tell us what you know, not who you are.”
The charity pointed out the reward would only apply to information given to it directly, not information given to police.
Crimestoppers can be contacted by phoning 0800 555 111 or through its anonymous online form.
Earlier this week police said they wanted to trace seven people they believed could assist their enquiries.
Officers said they were keen to speak to two people who may have saw or talked to Mr Adie prior to his murder – someone known as Kelly he was seen shouting to in the Overton Mains area and a balding or shaven-headed man he may have spoken to around the same time in Spey Avenue between 6pm and 6.30pm.
They also wanted to talk to five people seen near where Mr Adie was found at around 6.45pm – a male and female with a buggy, a man with a limp and a woman he was with nearby and a slim-built man wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
