The incident happened near St John’s Primary School in the Heath Road area of the town at around 7.40pm on Saturday September 16. A Police Scotland spokesperson said officers are eager to speak to a teenage girl who they believe can help with their enquiries. She is described as being 15 to 16-years-old, 5ft 4in tall, of average build, with shoulder-length dirty blonde hair. She was also said to be wearing a blue denim jacket.
