Day three, and Lib Dem MSP Willie Rennie is on to the final stretch of his charity marathon.
Sunday saw the North East Fife politician set off from Kingsbarns.
And unusually, he’s actually seen some blue skies up ahead – the Scottish Lib Dem leader has battled through snow, sleet and unseasonably cold weather as he pounds the miles to raise funds for charity.
He is attempting to run the entire 117-mile length of Fife coastal path for the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).

Already more than £6,000 has been donated, smashing the politician’s original target of £2,000.
Mr Rennie, tweeting under #RunRennieRun, said he gets an alert every time someone donates to his JustGiving page and that’s what has kept him going.
At the end of the second day, with 60% of the run complete, he said he was feeling “a bit tender” but raring to get the rest of the run – equivalent to more than four marathons – done.
Sunday will see the MSP head from Kingsbarns, past St Athernase Church at Leuchars and Wormit, to the end of the coastal path at Newburgh.
Having started the day off with a breakfast of mini eggs, the politician took time out later on to get some extra support as he nears the finishing line.

He is scheduled to arrive at journey’s end at around 6.30pm.
