Daniel Seivwright, who is currently studying an HND in fitness health and exercise SCQF Level 8, said: “When I first came to the college, it was to study one of the short courses running in January.

“Once I was on that course, I knew that sport and fitness was for me. After completing it, the lecturers helped me to progress straight on to a course starting the following August.

“I’ve always been interested in sport. Growing up I enjoyed PE at school and played sports here and there. The course in January came along at the right time and I’ve been able to use it in my own life as well.”
