A main coastal route in Fife had to be closed for a time on Saturday morning following a car crash.
Emergency services were in attendance on the A921 between Burntisland and Aberdour after reports of an accident involving one vehicle.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed they were called at 10.05am and both the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Scottish Ambulance Service were said to be in attendance.
The road was closed and motorists were being turned back by officers.
One man, understood to be the driver of the Ford Focus involved in the incident, was treated by paramedics at the scene but police confirmed that his injuries were not thought to be serious.
