Police discovered £10,000 worth of amphetamine after raiding a home in Rosyth.
Police in Rosyth recovered £10,000 worth of amphetamine after receiving a tip-off from members of the public.
Detectives from Fife police’s Proactive Unit raided a property in the town on Thursday afternoon and seized over one kilogram of the class B drug.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to the discovery.
He will appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Friday.
Commenting on the discovery, Detective Constable Gillian Drummond said: “This significant recovery demonstrates our commitment to listen to concerns voiced by our communities and taking meaningful action to tackle these issues.
“Drugs have an extremely harmful impact on families and individuals across the country and arresting those involved in this is a top priority for Police Scotland.
“I can reassure the public that we will always act on information that is passed to us and take appropriate action thereafter.”
