Dundee have signed Jamie Ness on a two-year deal. The former Rangers midfielder, who has spent the last seven seasons in England, has the option of a third year in his contract. Ness made 18 appearances for the Ibrox club before signing for Stoke City. He subsequently played for Leyton Orient, Crewe Alexandra, Scunthorpe United and Plymouth Argyle, where he was a regular for two seasons.
