Machrie Links
Set in the dunes of Islay, Queen of the Hebrides, The Machrie Links course is one of the most beautiful locations in world golf. Originally designed in 1891 by Willie Campbell, the course has now been fully modernised by D J Russell, the former European Ryder Cup Vice Captain and PGA tour player.
There is a reason why the Scots invented golf on links land, Machrie land, and the links turf on which the course sits is among the finest in Scotland. The dramatic setting of Laggan Bay and the sand dunes has few equals, and with the ever-changing nature of the challenge offered by this acclaimed layout on the West Coast.
Opened in late Summer 2018 after a complete renovation and expansion, The Machrie Hotel offers 47 beautifully designed rooms, suites and lodges, the Hotel offers visitors many places to meet and relax including 18, our impressive restaurant with panoramic views of the Links, as well as a PureGray Spa.
Whether you’re just looking to explore this stunning island, home to some of the world’s finest whiskies, birdlife, seafood and dramatic coastal seascapes, or you’re taking on the challenge of our championship links course, it’s time you played the Machrie!
The Machrie Individual Golf Membership now available from £795 per person.

Leven Links
Leven Links is regarded as one of the best and purest links courses in Scotland, boasting input from Old Tom Morris himself. It is a former qualifying venue for The Open Championship’s held at St Andrews. Being adjacent to the sea we have a mild dry climate, allowing an excellent All Year Golfing Experience
Our Signature hole is the Par 4 18th which is a real test for golfers of all standards. It measures 456 yards where a demanding second or third shot must carry over the demonic Scoonie burn. It is arguably the most challenging finishing hole in golf.
Come have a round with us, you won’t be disappointed.

Monifieth Golf Links
Golfers are spoilt for Choice at Monifieth Golf Links where there are two 18 hole links golf courses on offer.
At 6655 yards off the white tees, the Medal course is tough, but playable. The well-grassed narrow, running fairways and fast consistent greens will test any standard of golfer. Open qualifiers and national championships have recently been held on the Medal, which is also the course where Tom Watson played his first golf over a links course. Tom became an honorary member of Monifieth in 2017 whilst over for the British Seniors open, when the Medal course was a qualifying venue
1,500 yards shorter than its big brother but with slightly smaller greens and more aggressive contouring around them the challenge of the Ashludie course is no less diminished and arguably a lot more fun. It’s the type of course that feeds your imagination and enables you to conjure up shots that you rarely get chance to play on most other courses.
Green fees peak at £30 for the Ashludie to £80 for the Medal course, but many golfers prefer the 2 course package (with breakfast rolls, soup and sandwiches and a 2 course meal) for £80 – £100 (depending on the time of year).
