Two fire-hit Tayside schools will open as normal at the start of the new term.
Perth and Kinross Council has confirmed that both Oakbank and Viewlands primaries will welcome pupils on the first day of the new school year despite the blazes.
Firefighters were called to Oakbank Primary on Friday after the incident broke-out.
The blaze caused extensive smoke damage to part of the building.
On Sunday night another fire took place at Viewlands Primary School. It started on the grounds and spread to a section of the main building.
A 15-year-old boy has been charged in connection with the Oakbank incident.
Over the weekend fires were set in the grounds of Oakbank Primary School and Viewlands Primary School.
We'd like to offer reassurance that the schools will both be open as planned for the first day of the new term.

Perth and Kinross Council posted to its Twitter account: “Over the weekend fires were set in the grounds of Oakbank Primary School and Viewlands Primary School.
“We’d like to offer reassurance that the schools will both be open as planned for the first day of the new term.
“Thankfully no one was injured. However, it does not take much for a fire to get out of control and the consequences can be significant to life and property.
“We will continue to support Police Scotland with their investigation into both fires.”
