Crieff
This detached cottage sits on the southern edge of Crieff and the River Earn flows past just a few metres from the front door.

Cowdenbeath
This detached cottage is near the centre of Cowdenbeath. With its own train station the town has good links to Edinburgh and the rest of Fife.
In need of renovation and modernisation it offers lots of scope for a new owner to make their mark.
At present there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The house has scope for an attic conversion, which would add another bedroom. There are also rear gardens.
Finavon
Midway between Forfar and Brechin, the hamlet of Finavon has good transport links and is a great jumping off point for the Angus Glens.
This two bedroom detached cottage enjoys a peaceful countryside setting. It occupies a sizeable plot and comes with several outbuildings.
It’s a bit of a mess inside and needs full renovation.
With a home report value of £130,000 it’s on sale for an attractive £99,000. A word of caution, however: it’s being sold through a property auction site. That means you don’t have the same level of protection as you do buying through a normal estate agent.
Newburgh
This two bedroom detached villa is in the picturesque Fife town of Newburgh.
On the banks of the Tay and with easy access to Dundee and Perth it’s a popular place to live.
Split over two levels, this house has a lounge/dining room and a kitchen at ground floor level. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shower room.
There are gardens to the front and rear, and Newburgh High Street is very close by.
