Dundee’s Olympia swimming pool has been temporarily closed following a “technical issue” at the site.
Bosses have confirmed an engineer is in attendance and is dealing with the problem but no further information on the fault is currently available.
It is understood the full building is currently closed, including the popular swimming facilities, fitness studio and cafe.
It is not yet known when the Olympia will reopen. Management of the centre promised to update members of the public on social media when the issue has been resolved.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, a spokesperson said: “Due to a technical issue the Olympia is closed. An engineer is on site.
“When the problem has been resolved an update will be posted or you could call us on 01382 432300 for assistance.”
