The 15-year-old was repeatedly preyed upon by predator Craig Oxenham. The attacks occurred at a golf club and a cemetery in Kinghorn between September 2017 and June 2018. The High Court in Glasgow heard how the victim “had made it clear” he did not want to do what Oxenham wanted. Prosecutor Shanti Maguire said: “The boy took screenshots (of contact with Oxenham) which he later produced to the police.” He told officers he felt “forced” by Oxenham and there had been “no option” but to do what he asked. Oxenham, 18, of Pettycur Bay, yesterday pled guilty to rape and a further charge under the Sexual Offences Act. Lady Stacey continued bail and adjourned sentencing until December.
