A house has been broken into in broad daylight in Dundee with thieves making off with a number of valuables, including jewellery.
The house, on Mayfield Grove, was raided some time between 8.30am and 12.30pm on Wednesday March 14.
A large number of electrical items, jewellery, and other valuables were stolen.
It’s believed the culprits tried to gain entry at more than one point at the address before successfully entering.
A spokesperson for the Tayside division of Police Scotland said: “Although this street is a quiet cul-de-sac, this incident took place during the morning and in broad daylight.
“It is hoped that someone may have seen part of this incident.
“If you have any information that could assist our enquiries, please call 101 or speak with any Police officer. Also, information can be given anonymously through Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is CR/6042/18.”
