Police were called to a Perth street today following “concern for a person”.
Multiple police vehicles descended on Tulloch Place shortly before 2pm.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Around 1.50pm on March 31 police received a report of concern for a person at Tulloch Place, Perth.
“Officers attended, the man was traced safe and well and suitable advice was given.”
