There was no place in the latest Scotland squad for Dundee goalkeeper Scott Bain.
Hearts keeper Jack Hamilton has been selected ahead of the Dens Park man.
Bain has had to pull out of previous squads through injury.
Callum Paterson, Kieran Tierney, Oliver Burke, John McGinn and Barrie McKay have all been called by Gordon Strachan for the opening World Cup qualifier in Malta on Sunday September 4.
