Dundee have received a big boost on the injury front following Saturday’s crucial win over Hamilton.
First-choice goalie Scott Bain missed the Accies game because of a groin strain with his deputy David Mitchell coming in and keeping a clean sheet.
However, Bain is set to return to training on Thursday ahead of the weekend clash against Motherwell at Dens.
The goal hero at Hamilton, midfielder Paul McGowan, came off as a precaution in the 78th minute after feeling his groin tightening up.
However, he was passed fit to train yesterday where he was joined by another two players who have recovered from injury, Kevin Gomis, who strained his hamstring against Partick Thistle last week and Nicky Low who has had an injection to help clear up an ankle problem.
Mark O’Hara and Faissal El Bakhtaoui remain sidelined.
