Peter Pawlett will be fit to face St Mirren, according to Dundee United manager Robbie Neilson. Pawlett limped off the field after 73 minutes of Thursday’s goalless play-off final first leg, with a knee injury forcing his withdrawal. However, Neilson is confident that he will be ready to start tomorrow’s return match. Neilson said: “Peter has been hobbling at around that time in most games recently. PREMIERSHIP PLAY-OFF: Dundee United v St Mirren in photos “He has had an issue with his knee for a few weeks now and he had been having injections so he can keep playing. “He had one before (Thursday’s game), and with a bit of rest and another injection he will be OK for Sunday.” United also hope to have midfielder Calum Butcher available after he missed the first leg because of a groin injury.
