A Dundee fitness guru has launched a new range of supplements to support optimal health.

Shelley Booth is behind the Feel Look Be lifestyle and exercise program.

She has launched a range of four new supplements – boot up, cleanse, recharge and activate – which provide key nutrients and vitamins.

They also support healthy gut bacteria and thyroid function.

Shelley was inspired by the death of her dad to help people on their fitness and wellbeing.

She said: “I’m so proud of this new range of supplements and how well they compliment my Feel Look Be programme.

“My dad is at the centre of everything I do. He died because of poor lifestyle choices, but he would be hugely proud of what I am doing.”

Shelley Booth is driven by losing her dad. She said he would be ‘hugely proud’ of her achievements.

After graduating from the University of Northumbria with BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science, Shelley established a personal fitness training business.

The 43-year-old has now worked in the industry for over 20 years.

In 2019, she launched Feel Look Be, an online programme for women that provides steps to improve health and wellbeing.

Supplements are not a ‘miracle pill’

And she warned the new supplements are not a “miracle pill”

Shelley added: “There is a lack of education at the moment. This is a holistic approach.

“This is a matrix – we need to understand that. Too often we’re not getting to the root of the problem.

“That’s what Feel Look Be is about, helping people get to the bottom of their issue.

Shelley Booth’s new product range.

“The supplements are not a miracle pill. You will get the best results when combining them with clean eating, working on improving your mindset and regular exercise.

“They’re also really beneficial for people with certain conditions such as metabolic syndrome, blood sugar issues, type 2 diabetics, as well as people who suffer with anxiety, depression and fatigue.”

The range is also suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Shelley urged anyone in those positions to double check with GPs beforehand.

Supplement launch will be ‘the pinnacle’

After a five-month delay to source products from India, Shelley will launch the new products on her Facebook page on Thursday evening.

“It has been a very challenging process with Brexit, Covid and supply chain issues.

“I’ve been working on these for a long time so to finally be able to show them off to the public will be the pinnacle.”
