Around 80 people queued around the block to get their hands on special vinyls released on Record Store Day in Broughty Ferry.
Members of Dundee indie four-piece The View signed a limited 10th anniversary vinyl re-release of their debut album, Hats Off To The Buskers, as part of the event.
The annual Record Store Day, now also in its 10th year, attracts hundreds of music fans across the country with exclusive releases and rare albums.
Record Store Day takes place in shops across the world, and there are strict rules imposed on retailers taking part. This year saw singles from The Beatles, Pink Floyd and a special picture disk of Fawlty Towers being re-released.
View singer and frontman Kyle Falconer said the band enjoyed being part of the nationwide celebration of vinyl.
“It’s fun,” he said.
“When we first got involved we released a cover song. I think that was 2010 or 2011.
“We have always done something for it.”
