The popular Overgate student night returns to the centre this week, with a distinctly 90s theme.
The annual event returns to the centre on Wednesday September 13, with more than 8,000 students expected to attend.
More than 40 retailers in the centre will be holding special student discount offers, while the centre will be transported back to the 1990s with nostalgia-tinged entertainment in the form of retro games machines and rave classics being played by local DJs.
Overgate centre manager Malcolm Angus said: “The countdown is on to what will be one of the busiest nights of the year for Overgate.
“Student Night 2016 was phenomenal with close to 8,000 students descending on the centre, and this year’s event, with our 90s party theme, is set to be the best yet.
“The final preparations are being made by the team, our retailers and many supporting partners from across the city.
“We can’t wait to open our doors at 6.30pm and given the huge uptake of previous years, we would urge students to arrive early and prepare for a night like no other.”
