Raith boss Ray McKinnon insists everyone in his squad will have a part to play as his side gear up for the promotion play-offs.
If Rovers are to go up against the odds, they will have to successfully negotiate six games following this Sunday’s final league match at Livingston.
The manager has been shuffling his pack in recent weeks and did so again at the weekend when his side drew 2-2 with Falkirk at Stark’s Park.
For the game against the Bairns, McKinnon had the likes of Ryan Hardie, Lewis Toshney, Ross Callachan and Aidan Connolly sitting on the bench and the manager is delighted with the strength of his roster going into the play-offs.
He said: “I pointed out to the players after the Falkirk game just how strong the squad is now.
“We have been rotating the team constantly for the last few weeks and we have still secured some great results.
“I made five changes again on Saturday and we were just a couple of minutes away from beating Falkirk.
“That shows me how strong the squad is.
“After Sunday, we potentially have six games in the play-offs so we will probably have to use everyone at some point.”
Striker Joel Thomas had to be replaced in the 11th minute of the Falkirk game because of injury but McKinnon is hoping he will be available for the Livingston match along with another front man Mark Stewart who is set to return to training.
The manager added: “Joel had to come off early on against Falkirk after tweaking his hamstring.
“We will let it settle down a bit but hopefully he will be all right for Sunday.
“Mark Stewart will also return to training today and if there is no reaction, then he should also be available for the Livi game.
“Scott Robertson came back for the Falkirk match but his groin problem keeps flaring up and he probably needs to rest it.”
