Tailbacks were reported near Cluny in Fife after car fell from a transporter on Monday.
The incident happened on the B891 just after 3pm with traffic affected for around two hours.
Police directing traffic
Police Scotland were called to the scene to direct traffic.
However, it doesn’t appear that anyone has been injured in the incident.
Several eye-witnesses said it looked like the car had fallen off the top level of the transporter.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said : “Officers assisted with traffic management after a car fell off a transporter at around 3.20pm on Monday on the Cluny to Strathmore road.”
The spokesman confirmed that so far there are no reports of any injuries.
