Fife Council election results — Ward 17: Tay Bridgehead voters are fans of Jonny Tepp

His name sounds like it belongs in Hollywood but Jonny Tepp is heading to Fife House as Tay Bridgehead’s newest councillor.

The Liberal Democrat was elected alongside stalwart and party colleague Tim Brett in one of the party’s traditional strongholds.

He said: “I don’t think it’s sunk in yet. It’s been a bit nerve-wracking but I’m really looking forward to it.

“Tim is obviously something of a mentor with a lot of experience. I’m going to help him get on with the job of looking after our area.”

Bill Connor retained his seat for the SNP.
