Thieves have targeted a house in Broughty Ferry, stealing a number of items and more than £10,000 in cash.
Police have issued an appeal after crooks broke into a house on Seaforth Road on Monday between 3pm and 7pm.
Jewellery, watches, necklaces and a five-figure sum of money was stolen in the raid.
Police are asking anyone who may have information regarding the theft to contact them by calling 101 or speaking with an officer.
