Property on Dundee’s Perth Road tops TSPC’s 10 most viewed homes in March

No fewer than four homes on Dundee's Perth Road were in the top 10 most viewed listings on the property website last month.

A divided villa on Dundee’s Perth Road was the most viewed property on TSPC last month.

Properties in the top 10 list were located in a range of areas including Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth and Birkhill.

Dundee’s popularity continues to shine through with five of the properties in the top 10 located in the West End of the city.

Interest was high across a variety of different homes but properties with three or more bedrooms proved the most popular.

Despite recent interest rate hikes making mortgages more expensive not many of the homes lingered long on the market.

Nine of the properties were listed in March and six are now under offer with the average selling time for these homes being only 16 days. Indeed, one of the properties was active on the market for just a single day before an offer was accepted.

Asking prices ranged from £185,000 to £450,000 and the average price for the top ten homes was £301,000.

TSPC manager Lynne Hill said: “March continued to deliver a positive month for TSPC and the property market overall. Visitors to tspc.co.uk increased by 4% compared to the same period last year and buyer demand in Dundee and Angus remains strong.”
